We are starting our son on the ketogenic diet, as advised by our treatment center for his epilepsy. What is the best book for this? One with food lists and recipes would help, as this is completely new to both me and my husband.

THE best book, hands down is by Lyle McDonlad. It’s called “The Ketogenic Diet” and is highly recommended by those with a solid, good name in the industry.

Any sauce that calls for alcohol essentially becomes non alcoholic after the cooking process because the alcohol gets cooked out so you could just make it the way it is supposed to be and you should be fine. Good luck!
