i’m in a drug rehab and im doing really well in there because they dont know, its a day program so when im going to have to give a urine i just tamper with my urine [putting hot water or a clean persons pee in a comdom and taking it to rehab] i’ve been using again since 3 weeks ago and most of the time im not sober, i’ll do any drug i can get my hands on, which is everything. i fear i might die. what should i do?

I have a 19 year old son that has been taking most everything he can get his hands on for 7-8 months now. He says he has no addiction, just likes to “experiment” and when he isn’t on anything he’s too depressed to deal with life. I am scared to death that I will be burying him one day. The biggest issue right now, he is INSANE when he’s straight. He has no off switch at all, and talks and talks and talks so endlessly about all of his knowledge and opinions on everything that I can’t have a single thought of my own in my head because he will NOT SHUT UP! I feel desperate to get him into in patient, he is doing outpatient right now, it’s not enough. Thoughts from people who have gone through inpatient or have walked a loved one through it?

ok well four years ago i got pregs with my twin boys and their dad was not cool with it he was all get rid of the kid and we will be together and i fliped said no and he gave me tha money to do it. turns out i didnt and last week when i was down in my home city cause i moved when i was preg my friends husband saw me and told him that my kids were alive and he totally fliped and got ma number a threatened me to take them away from him cause i never told him ikept them anyways does he have any rights this is in california if it helps thanks

No, he can not take your children from you for this reason. You were not obligated to inform him that you chose to keep your babies. I assume his name is not on the birth certificates either. Now, IF he wants to pursue anything at all, he will have to pay to get a DNA test done to prove his paternity in the first place..and the chances of him ever getting custody is about zero, considering he wanted you to abort them in the first place.

I’m 19 years old, have been suffering from Depression and Anxiety since age 8, eating disorder at 12 and alcoholism since age 14, and also tried my first suicide attempt at 14. I’ve tried multiple drug treatments for depression, none of which have worked, and after all these years I still am struggling with depression and alcoholism, I’m 19 and very close to rock bottom(or as low as I want to go.) I realized I don’t have anything in common with my friends except for we are all alcoholics, and over the years I have lost a lot of friends and now all the friends I seem to have left are also drinkers, I don’t want to live this life anymore. I have bad depression and anxiety, the more I feel depressed, the more I want to drink, the more I drink the more I feel depressed, it’s a never ending cycle.
