I have recently found out (which is no surprise) that my brother has numerous mental and physical conditions from the iraq war such as chemical abuse and a thrist for more. They military branch that he’s in hasn’t allowed him to be discharged for going a.w.o.l. for almost two weeks and now has a chemical problem that they may have started! What do i do just listen? Please only honest advice.

You should help him get counseling for his issues regarding his experience and get treatment for his chemical dependency. Both should be available through the military.

I am searching tirelessly for a number to call or someone to see regarding my bf’s moms prescription drug abuse. It is to the point where she is physically deterierating. Does anyone know what I can do here? Nobody in the family knows the extent of her abuse therefore they dont support an intervention. Is there a number where I can report her? Or her hospital?? Please help

Suboxone is a miracle drug for opiate addictions! This is the good news…
Other drugs are tougher I hear, as is imagine that they taper you off…
I do think that if opiates are your issue, and Suboxone is in your budget, you should look into it…
