I’ve known his guy for a just a couple of weeks, but I really like him.
He’s been in a Drug Treatment Center, but is graduating by the end of the month, and can’t stay there anymore. He has no job so he can’t afford his own place.
He wants to move in with me, and I would like that. But is it too soon ?

The only funding I ever had for a rehab was only because I graduated to the State of California…I was at CRC as an N# and a 6 month residential treatment program was mandatory. I had state funding for the 6 months and then I got a month’s funding for sober-living after that.
Any local residential programs I’ve been to, I had to pay monthly once they allowed me to get a job and I couldn’t get my certificate of completion until I had a zero balance. Also, if it’s court-ordered, it may be different depending on the laws where you live. I’m in San Diego…

We have tried a few different methods of drug rehabilitation for my daughter and are now wondering if there is a medical based treatment that is more than therapy, etc?

Yes. I know of a rehab facility that uses a method called suboxone treatment along with therapy to achieve success.
