in cigarette taxes has now caused the increase in drug abuse amongst teenagers. Cigarettes are close to $ 10 a pack….heroin…..$ 5. Thanks Todd!! Smart move or what???

Tobacco use is drug use. Tobacco is just as addictive as heroin, and should be just as illegal.
