I have legal custody of my grandson since May of 2004 in which time her mother went to drug rehab see saw him 4 months after she got out in Oct 2004. From then til now has been in numerous drug rehabs and prison. She has not seen my grandson since Oct 2004. Are there any legal actions I can take.

Oh, that’s really an interesting topic, though I doubt it if officials of drug rehabs will give information about their patients. As you know, rehab patients, especially celebrities, want privacy and they want their records to be treated confidentially. But I have some links here which I think can help in your search.

The physicians and the therapists in those treatment centers can give you well-detailed information on the various programs that they have for their clients.
