Looking for Salons in france that do natural hair- meaning locks, twists, bantu knots etc. A shop that caters to black people’s hair. My hair is natural since 3 years now and I have been taking care of it myself. I want to lock it now and open it whenever I want to go back to twists or just plaiting or braiding.

Go to YELP or Craigslist and read reviews or post on their message boards there from your city, or search name of salon under Better Business Bureau.

Does anyone remember that commercial from the 80’s for a drug and alcohol treatment center? They used to run the commercial constantly (at least in Southern Cal), I think the place was called Schick or New Beginnings. What was the name of the song that played in the background during the commercial? It is a very famous classical piece that sounds a lot like Canon D (the wedding song) but it’s not. They used it in the A&E show “Intervention” the other day so it appears to be synonymous with addiction and treatment. If you know it you’re a genius!

My friend has 2 felony drug possessions on her record. They were back in 2004 & 2006. She has served time and willingly entered into a drug rehab program. Her and her son are trying to make a fresh start and she desperately needs a job. So does anyone have any suggestions? She is willing to work any shift. Please help.

Your friend could try to get into the food service. Have to put down the convictions, but then also say that she entered into a treatment program. Good luck to your friend

unfortunately i know people who abuse vicodin..it makes them feel very relaxed they take it with alcohol which is very dangerous to the liver! I would not recommend it for anyone, you can get addicted and very unhealthy. I cant even stand vicodin if i need if for pain, makes me very dizzy and sick to my stomach~

She wants to bond with her babies, but is becoming more reluctant to go because of the way the nurses seem to regard her. What should she do?

All rehabs have there own policy, the one i went to in Colorado made me put 500.00 down and they gave me a bed date. I also had to be drug and alcohol free for 72 hours before my admit. You will probably need to make some phone calls to get the info. you need. I think most of them will work with some kind of payment arrangements as well. Good luck
