First off I live in the state of Kentucky and I’ve heard the courts will not approve a divorce when you are pregnant. Now for a little more detail, I have been legally separated from my husband since March of 2010 in which time he has been in and out of jail and rehab. He was sent back to jail in September for drugs yet again and has been in there ever since and about to be transferred to prison. I just found out the other day that I’m pregnant by my fiance. We are just a little over a month pregnant. My question is with him being in jail since Sept and if I can get the doctor to make a statement saying how far along am I able to get around this issue?

Other than effecting people around them, what happens besides that? Especially to the ones who are using it(again, not around them).
If this was you, how would you solve this problem? Other than seeking professional helps?
PS: This is just a what if situation. I just made it up so don’t worry. Anyways, what’s your solution to this?

The biggest effect is jail. That and the stoners buy up all the jolly ranchers. The solution is to end drug prohibition and give a federal grant to the jolly rancher company.

And as for getting back what was lost, i really don’t know for sure, it depends on which drug and how much is taken. I smoke and I’ll tell you from experience that tobacco causes brain changes just like heroin and coke. Here’s the link and i’m talking about something so simple and legal as a ciggarette, what do you think drugs are gonna do to you man. I don’t know if you’re thinking about doing it but if so, may the Lord be w/ you!!!

What if he is refusing treatment? refusing to go to hospital etc
Also rehab clinics cant force someone to stay. We checked it out already.
Talking is not working with him. He already lost his wife and 3 kids….he got another wife who is a druggie..she does the shooting for him. they just had a baby that they also lost bc of the drugs she took in the pregnancy that affected the baby so bad he was on morphine for 1 month. Now …the situation is really bad he is drugged up all day and cant even drive or doesnt konw what day it is

All rehab centers will deal with cocaine abuse (unless they specifically say otherwise).
