Those are all available through the VA for veterans, except the cloths donations. It takes very little initiative by a vet to get those items you mention. Granted there are some vets with mental problems who may need some help , but I have no sympathy for those who bring on their own problems by abusing drugs and are to lazy to help themselves. I feel the same way about non vets also. As far as toiletries for hospitalized vets, they are given daily when the nurse brings them fresh pajamas and they are given the opportunity to shower daily unless bed ridden , then the nurse will help them with a sponge bath , etc.
